SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the SMS (text message) program operated by Express Corporate Housing, LLC (“ECH,” “we,” “us,” “our”) for guests with an active or pending rental agreement. 

1. Program description

We send transactional and operational text messages related to your stay with ECH. Message types include, but are not limited to: 

  • Reservation confirmations and itinerary details 
  • Property access codes and check-in instructions 
  • Maintenance notices and scheduled-service reminders 
  • Billing and invoice reminders 
  • Welcome, arrival, and departure information 

This is a transactional program. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through SMS. 

2. How you opt in

You provide express written consent to receive SMS from ECH when you sign your rental agreement. Your mobile number is collected and recorded as part of the signed agreement, and a dedicated SMS-consent acknowledgement appears on the agreement. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, rental, or service. 

3. Message frequency

Frequency varies based on your reservation. You should expect a small number of messages around each reservation milestone (booking, check-in, mid-stay, check-out, and as operational issues arise). We do not send recurring scheduled marketing messages. 

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ECH is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred as a result of receiving messages from this program. 

5. Opting out -- STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages. You may re-enroll by replying START or by contacting us.

7. Supported carriers

This program is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to participate. The program is offered only to guests with an active or pending ECH rental agreement. 

9. Privacy

Mobile information you provide for this SMS program — including your phone number, opt-in records, and message content — is used only to deliver the program described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued participation after the date constitutes acceptance.
