What is Corporate Housing?

Express Corporate Housing is recognized as one of the top corporate housing firms in the nation.  We provide fully furnished accommodations that include all the comforts of home including house wares, all utilities, cable television, high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchens and in most cases, a private washer and dryer.  Our living spaces are spacious and typically up to half the cost of a hotel.

Do you work with individuals as well as companies?

Absolutely.  Whether you are an individual seeking short term housing or a company looking to house an extended stay employee (or group of employees) we have the solution for you.

Where can I lease with Express Corporate Housing?

We offer accommodations throughout the United States.  Let an Express team member know what your destination city and state are as well as any additional details such as a desired zip code, part of town, office address, school district, hospital, etc.  Also, if you desire to be near shopping, downtown, suburbs, close to a particular freeway, or if you have any other special need....just let us know.  We can get you there!

Do you have a minimum length of stay required?

Our typical minimum length of stay is 30 days; however we do offer shorter stays depending on the season as well as availability.  Ask an Express team member for details.

What is included in a full service accommodation?

Express Corporate Housing offers a fully furnished apartment, town home, or single family residence.  Each unit comes complete with an Express Housing Package which includes house wares (dishes, cookware, utensils, bed linens, and towels), all utilities, standard (and in some cases expanded) cable or satellite television, high-speed internet, and a private washer and dryer in the unit (if available).  If you desire parking and/or maid service just let an Express team member know and we will provide you with the details.

Do you offer handicap accessible accommodations?

Yes we do.  These units are limited, but available.  The more notice you can give us for an upcoming stay, the better the chances are that we will have availability for you.  Please let us know about your special needs so that we may accommodate you to the best of our ability.

Does Express Corporate Housing offer pet-friendly accommodations?

Yes.  Most of our accommodations are pet-friendly.  We will need to know the size and breed of your pet(s) at the time of your housing request.  A pet deposit will be required.

How does the billing work?

You will receive a monthly billing statement each month of your stay.  It will include the rent for the approaching month in addition to any extra charges for the past month that were incurred.  If you pay by credit card, your account will be charged each month and you will receive a detailed invoice that will include all charges.

Are you able to bill my company?

Yes.  Your bill may be sent directly to your company upon approved credit.   As an added convenience, we also accept company credit cards as a form of company payment.

How does an individual or a company establish credit with you?

Establishing credit (individual or corporate) is easy.  Simply fill out an Individual Credit Application or a Corporate Credit Application and leave the rest to us.

Why do you need my credit card if my company is responsible for payment?

Each of our guests are required to provide a valid credit card number, expiration date, and billing address for the credit card at the time of the reservation, regardless of whether or not their company is being billed.  The credit card will be used to guarantee any incidentals that are incurred, charges not accepted by your company, or in case your company declines the invoice.  You will be notified prior to your card being charged.

What time is check in and check out?

Unless otherwise communicated, check in is at 4:00pm and check out is by noon on the day your reservation ends.
